Ms. Chang joined Impact in July, 2008 to help launch Impact's Community Fund I. From 2002 to 2004, she also worked with Impact to create its $40 million New Markets Tax Credit program, which has invested in childcare and healthcare facilities benefiting low-income individuals and families. Her prior experiences include working as an investment banking analyst for Morgan Stanley & Co., and as a management consultant for McKinsey & Company. She was also a volunteer for the Peace Corps Small Enterprises Development program in Ecuador. Ms. Chang has a B.S. from the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley, a J.D. from Harvard Law School and is a member of the State Bar of California. |
